WARNING TRAVELERS-DANGEROUS!!! Unacceptable to drive 20 minutes to room from reception desk. This place is endangering travelers on more than one level. Staff did not care that rooms were not ready for hours after 3pm arrivals. I witnessed several couples having to walk around the “questionable” neighborhood waiting for the keys to their room. I was not even given the address of my room before being told I could take the bus, metro or taxi. To quote the staff “Head towards Rome, it’s only a few stops on the metro”. After being continuously dropped from getting a taxi, I was given a hard time for wanting to wait for a ride in their office instead of outside surrounded by a bar scene with eyeing men. I was appalled that I had to tell them I did not feel safe for them to let me stay inside. I waited so long it was dark and the plaza was going to be closing. The police doing laps in the plaza did not make me feel better about the neighborhood I was about to be stranded in. I can’t express how disturbing it was that the staff just did not seem to care at all about how any of us clients were feeling about having to “find our rooms” 20 minutes away. Very dangerous!!!

In general, the apartments are not bad, the renovation is quite fresh, although the building itself is not the first freshness. The sea is 500 meters away, there are a couple of free beaches nearby, the cost varies from 30 to 50 euros per day (depending on the day of the week), the sea is clean, warm, and the beaches are normal. The streets are quite dirty and stink of all kinds of sewage. We arrived to check in at 15:00, and warned in advance, as a result, the room was not cleaned after the previous tenants, we had to walk around the city for 3 hours with things, waiting for the room to be cleaned. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Beds and sofa were stinking. I understand that there is a citi tax to be paid and have no issue with it, however I was informed about it when my plane was starting. And no tax = no keys. This is ridiculous. Tell people earlier and don’t request instant money transfer. There was also an issue with opening the doors as lock was rusty or sth. Additionally, it was also an issue with communication in English. Apologies, but when you operate with clients for whole Europe, English is the easiest language to communicate ever. The biggest and kind of illegal requirement was to sent scans of personal ID. In what universe this is standard requirement to sent this on WhatsApp?! And I was notified about it day before reservation. This is a joke. I do not recommend this facility.

This is a misleading company. This is a real estate agency. It appears as a “hotel” but is actually a real estate agency operating a youth hostel pretending to be a hotel. There is no help where you pick up your keys to get to the hostel. The hostel is 2.4 km away from key pick up. No taxis or advice to get the bus. This part of the city also hardly has any taxis. (Apps don’t work) google is falsely presenting this as a hotel and it is not. We were also not given the room and balcony we were promised and shown in the photos. Literally zero help from their customer service, key master was rude and on his ear phone piece almost the entire time. Beware.
